Four helium balloons will just lift one glow stick. I'm thinking a set of about 10 of these, each tied to the next with a 100 yard length of fishing line, and we see how many phone calls to the local TV stations we can generate. Next night with no moon is October 17. Who's in? ;)

Oh goodness! What fun! Just the sort of wackiness I love. Count me in! Can't get arrested I hope. Even if they did DNA testing on the deflated balloons, I'm not in any criminal records as far as I know. Did have one brush with water balloons and the law when I was in high school. :) Mom
